Here’s how investing in a scrolling LED sign boosted my shop sales.

I own a small fashion shop in a small street where not too many people walk by. So not a lot of people get to check out the inside, even if I invest in a beautiful window display. 

I’ve thought of finally closing it down since I figured I could just focus my attention on the online shop. That is until a friend recommended that I get a scrolling LED sign. I did hesitate at first because these store signs can also be quite pricey. Anyway, after talking about it with the staff, we decided that getting one might just be worth the risk.

Affordable LED

I ordered an outdoor tricolor scrolling LED sign from Affordable LED, an online LED sign supplier. Shopping online is just much more convenient than having to go out to the mall, especially with my busy schedule. So when the LED sign arrived, I immediately programmed a promotional message in the hopes of catching the people’s attention, instead of simply saying something generic. Because it was easy to install, the sign was up and running in minutes. 

I kid you not; people have been coming in! The first day we had the sign, we had like 20 sales, that’s like double of what was our normal. Now we have the sign for a month and a half, and sales almost tripled. It’s like the LED sign is paying for itself!

The Takeaway

The takeaway here is not to be afraid to take risks for your business. We did shell out money for the sign, but we have been reaping the benefits since day one. I guess I have to thank my friend and Affordable LED for saving my humble fashion shop!
