I run a boba tea business with my partner. The pandemic has changed the face of our business. And it all started with us changing our packaging, including cups and food containers, to eco-friendly options. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we lost a lot of clients, especially when the lockdown started. And we didn’t even have any partnership with food delivery services, which made it difficult. But slowly, we started adapting to the sudden changes in the food industry.

We partnered with a few food delivery services, targeting more of our local customers. And before we knew it, our business was going strong again. There were a lot of blessings going on despite the pandemic, so we decided to give back to the community. Since we’re both outdoorsy and love nature, we decided to change our packaging into eco-friendly options.

Looking for an Online Store Supplier

As stated earlier, our decision to change to eco-friendly products is because we wanted to give back to the universe. And since we love nature and are both environmentally conscious, we decided to do the same thing to our business. Little did we know that many of our local customers would love it. And it wasn’t long till they shared their experience from our boba tea shop.

Some customers even shared our products and eco-friendly packaging on their social media channels. And more orders are pouring in, telling us that our eco-friendly packaging is what prompts them to try our milk tea.

That is how our eco-friendly packaging changed our business!
