Since its trailer was released, I’ve been looking forward to playing Elden Ring. And since I also know its design for current gaming PC builds and consoles, I had no choice but to upgrade my current PC. So I chose a unit from CyberPowerPC, one of the leading gaming PC manufacturers known in the U.S.

The unit I bought from CyberPowerPC is the Gamer Infinity XLC. It boasts of its Intel Core Processor i9-12900K. The 12th Generation Intel Core has 16 cores, including 8 performance cores and 8 efficient cores. This processor has 24 threads and a max turbo frequency of 5.20 GHz.

For its GPU, it has the GeForce RTX 3080 10GB GDDR6X, which is designed to deliver the ultra gaming performance gamers are looking for.

The GeForce RTX 3080 is powered by Ampere, NVIDIA’s 2nd generation RTX architecture. It is built with enhanced Tensor Cores, RT Cores, streaming multiprocessors, and superfast G6X memory. Most importantly, the GeForce RTX 3080 is VR-ready, so you need to buy your VR headset to play VR games.

For its motherboard, it uses the ASUS Prime Z690-P WiFi DDR4. It has the Intel LGA 1700 socket, perfect for the unit’s 12th gen Intel processor. It also has an enhanced power solution to handle your powerful hardware components. This includes a 14+1 DrMOS, 8+4 pin ProCool connector, alloy chokes, and durable capacitors to deliver stable power delivery.

The Gamer Infinity XLC has a 32GB RAM DDR4 with 3200 MHz memory to ensure fast loading and processing time. While for its primary hard drive, it features a 1TB WD Blue SN570 PCIe NVMe and 4TB SATA III Hard Drive Combo.
